Supervisors in Visitor Service (m/w/d)

Rheinland Kultur GmbH is the service and operating company of the landscape association Rheinland (LVR) and supports this local association with more than 1,400 employees in 20 museums and 54 school, clinical and health education institutions. In order to support our location in the Xanten/ LVR-Römermuseum LVR-Archäologische Park, we are looking for dedicated employees in full time in the field from 01.05.25

They take over supervision in the exhibition areas and ensure the safety of exhibits With your friendliness and your high service orientation, you contribute to the fact that all visitors spend a pleasant stay You are on the side with advice and deed They support the team at museum events, even outside the regular opening hours

Ideally, you already have professional experience in dealing with visitors or guests and have a safe appearance and good ways of handling They are flexible in use even on weekends and on holidays You keep the overview and the necessary rest, even in stressful situations You have the pleasure of dealing with people, even with large visitor volumes You have a high level of service orientation, friendliness and fingertips in dealing with the visitors Communication strength and good German knowledge (further foreign languages are advantageous)
