As a project manager/project manager (w/m/d), you are responsible for demanding construction and modernization measures of various size regulations for our existing properties. You will take over the project management of projects in existing properties and are responsible for maintaining the costs, dates and qualities of the external architectural and engineering offices You will be responsible for the clarification of the objectives, the organization of the construction and execution, the procurement strategy and the contracting, the taxation of the planning and execution participants until the project success The technical management and control of internal and external project team members from different disciplines in the team is part of your task You contribute to the implementation of the climate policy objectives of the NRW During the execution of quality assurance and control the performance of freelance workers and, where appropriate, of the executive works at the construction site In addition, you are regularly on site as a contact person and advise customers on project-specific structural questions. The implementation of contractual obligations to external partners and the development and optimization of uniform project structures are also part of your tasks.

You have successfully completed their studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the field of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering Main focus of construction, project management construction or a comparable technical field of engineering. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E11 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately €60.500,00 – approx. 84.319,00 € per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions). It is possible to carry out the same status of the applicants up to an A 12 LBesO A grade office.
