As an intern (d/m/w/x), you take a central role in the organization of our diverse training programs, from careful preparation to comprehensive follow-up. You immerse yourself in the operational day-to-day business and enrich our team with your active support in exciting and varied projects. In addition, you will be actively involved in the research and analysis of current personnel development topics in order to derive sound recommendations for action. Insights into the exciting world of leadership development and our potential process round off your task area. As a contact person (d/m/w/x), you will assist our employees from all areas of expertise with advice and action when it comes to all topics of continuing training management.

With your proactive introduction of ideas and concepts, your high sense of responsibility for your tasks and your very good knowledge of German and English, you are a valuable addition to our team. The safe handling of MS Office is a matter of course for you and you want to work regularly on site in Ulm or Stuttgart from September 2026.
