Your tasks

Conclusion planning & development planning:They develop individual participation and qualification planning and support their implementation.

Education offers:You plan and implement accurate educational opportunities within the framework of the educational days and take on the qualification of participants.

Integration & Job Acquisition:They advise on the acquisition of tailor-made external internships and jobs. They work closely with the working companions of the workshop.

Support: The participants need individually adapted assistance as part of the educational and training opportunities. They therefore take over, among other things, the technical-pedagogical guidance and support, if necessary, assistance and compensation of body-related services for personal hygiene.

Your profile

Qualifications:They have a completed additional qualification as a specialist for work and professional promotion, a training as a curative caregiverin or ergotherapeutin, and bring well-founded experience in the professional and professional support of people with disabilities.

Engagement:You are interested in strengthening participation in working life for people with disabilities and are committed to actively shaping structures and offers. In doing so, you combine professional knowledge with a sense of the needs and resources of the participants.
