RHZ Handicrafts-Zentrum GmbH is a company of VIVAWEST and a leading supplier of complete solutions in the craft sector. For the channel area in Gelsenkirchen we are looking for a technician for tap water damage in the indoor service (m/w/d).

Technical assessment of water damage on the basis of in-depth reports Planning and control of complex rehabilitation measures taking into account technical and economic aspects Compilation of allowances after completion of the work to accurately record the amount of damage and the performance carried out Close coordination with insurance companies, experts and customers Interface between disposition, billing and subcontractors Occasional journeys to construction sites within North Rhine-Westphalia for coordination and quality control

Complete training in the field of building technology, sanitary/heating/climate, construction or comparable qualification Continuing training for state-tested technicians (e.g. building technology, construction technology) desirable Multiannual professional experience in damage restoration, building drying or in technical interior services Experience in the assessment and settlement after project completion Safe handling of common office programs and industry-specific software Impressed team skills and communication strength in handling customers and insurance Structured, analytical and solution-oriented operation driving licence class B
