You are a warm host personality and receive our international guests For a smooth workflow during check-in and check-out of our guests Before, during and after the stay of the guests until you are the contact person for all guests You accept phone calls and process different guest requests by email You professionally deal with upcoming guest complaints and ensure optimal guest satisfaction Ordinary cash management and billing are a matter of course for you Together with the other departments, you will ensure effective communication

You have a completed vocational training in the hotel industry (work experience on a hotel reception is advantageous) As a warm host personality with a representative appearance, you always meet guests and colleagues with kindness and professionalism very good German and English language skills ( oral and written) Your communication strength, motivation and flexibility characterize you You place value on high service quality and always think customer-oriented good communication capability good computer knowledge Experiences with the PMS ''SIHOT'' are beneficial, but no need High level of initiative Openness for changes and future-oriented thinking
