Werkstudent Corporate HR - Rewards & HR Governance & Labour Law (m/f/d)

In this role, you will work one or two days on site, and on the other days you can also work remotely. This is what awaits you You support the issues and projects that are relevant to remuneration and labour law, such as the introduction of a new pay structure or payment transparency You take over administrative topics, such as the coordination and administration of Benefits, and support us in managing and filing contract documents, postal inputs and invoices You prepare templates for the Executive Board on managing director topics and act as an interface to other areas within HR, the Legal Department and the Corporate Office You create standard contracts (after templates) for managing directors and accompany the entire process of managing director order until the signature run. Working closely with HR Business Partners and Legal Counseln Regularly formulate evaluations and prepare them for different stakeholders (e.g. salary overviews and analyses)

You study economics or law or a comparable degree course In addition, you have an affinity for numbers and data as well as on personal issues and bring your fingertips and discretion You have very good MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel and PowerPoint Reliability and high quality standards are of course for you Your stand-alone and proactive way of working is just the same as the ability to perform organizational tasks structuredly
