What we plan together: Quality management is part of REWE Group Buying GmbH and supports national and international procurement of products from all product groups. Quality Management Markets and Sales prepares the requirements for the national markets to comply with the relevant food regulations and is an important interface within the REWE organization. Compliance with statutory and REWE internal standards is verified by internal and external auditing in all national markets.

What you do with us: You are a member of the REWE Group's National Quality Assurance Team Markets and supports this with high self-responsibility in the development, implementation and revision of the quality management system as well as the implementation of internal and external quality standards. You provide expert advice to the internal and external auditors in carrying out REWE’s own market cheques and are leading in the development of uniform audit checklists and assessment criteria as well as corresponding training and qualification measures for the internal REWE auditors as well as the auditors of external service providers. In the context of regional and supra-regional calibration audits, you ensure that audits are conducted according to a defined rule, evaluate the results comparatively, evaluate them and identify deviations and weaknesses to which you develop and verify appropriate corrective measures directly on site with REWE Group regional quality assurance officers. Your analytical skills do not come too short: As a competent contact person of the national team quality assurance, you will start regular national reports with quality-relevant key figures. Your valuable expertise is in demand and you are working on appropriate recommendations for action in this context. You like to pack and love the practical relationship?
