They observe the market and identify relevant AI trends for strategic decisions. They analyze short-term success potentials (Quick Wins) and long-term opportunities. They translate business requirements into technical concepts for innovative AI solutions. They develop prototypes and minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to quickly implement new ideas. They plan and document scalable AI solutions for long-term use. They coordinate external service providers and manage their cooperation. They promote the exchange of knowledge, conduct training and strengthen the AI competence in the company. They develop and implement AI policies in compliance with compliance and data protection requirements. They work closely with data protection and IT security teams to ensure highest security standards.

You have a degree in computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. They ideally have several years of professional experience in a similar position. They have profound knowledge of current AI technologies and services and experience cloud technologies (e.g. Azure) They are passionate about business processes and digitalization and are actively driving innovations and shaping changes. They are team-oriented, strong communication and remain flexible even in dynamic situations. A strong customer orientation as well as a high self-initiative and decision-making pleasure complete your profile. They have good English skills.
