Central contact person for diverse concerns and challenges in the management of our residential properties Monitoring and maintenance of our real estate assets and promoting a harmonious coexistence of our tenants Organisation and implementation of tenant care, consulting and personal discussions to ensure high customer satisfaction Responsibility for housing transfers and withdrawals, including careful logging and communication with the rental parties Take over home tasks to ensure a smooth running in daily operation and to ensure the safety of our real estate assets

A completed commercial training as a real estate businessman (m/w/d) or a craft training – alternatively a comparable qualification Knowledge about building technology Practical experience in craftsmanship Secure handling of MS Office and ideally SAP and IT skills communicative skills combined with safe handling in conflict situations Embossed solution orientation, team spirit and a high customer and service orientation in dealing with new challenges every day
