Consultant or assistant in the IT departments CRM or ERP (m/w/d)

In order to strengthen our CRM and ERP divisions of the NOVA, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated person for the professional and organizational support of the Heads of Division at the locations Mainz, Hannover or Hamburg. About us The trade association Holz und Metall (BGHM) is one of the largest providers of statutory accident insurance in Germany. We take insurance cover for around 5 million insured persons in more than 250,000 companies in both industries. Our aim is to help people who are endangered by working conditions or affected by accidents or occupational diseases. The IT organizations of the BGHM and the VBG work in a joint operation (NOVA). The NOVA has the right to use current technologies in a safe and timely manner and to continuously develop and adapt IT solutions. The focus is on the development of our own application systems as well as the adaptation and integration of various standard software products. Short decision-making, independent work and a good working atmosphere characterize the NOVA and lead the work in interdisciplinary teams to a common success.

Support the Head of Department in organizational topics, e.g. take over scheduling/coordination and general correspondence, prepare presentations and create protocols Set up budgeting, including budget monitoring, adjustment and monthly controlling Participate in process and quality assurance topics: Create regular reports, support strategic planning, harmonize processes and visualize workflows for process representation CRM project business or ERP project business also supervised by our cooperation partners: this includes planning, controlling and follow-up of projects taking into account efficiency, schedule and quality Ensure and promote cooperation with our cooperation partners, e.g. organize appointments, coordinate requirements of the specialist areas in terms of feasibility and quality, plan and organize events

Completed university studies (Bachelor, FH Diploma) in the fields (economic) informatics, economic or administrative sciences (BWL, VWL etc.) or a comparable subject Good IT skills combined with high affinity for digitalization CRM: Experience in working with collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint) ERP-Stelle: Experience in ERP systems, especially SAP Analytical and conceptual skills Quick conception and high problem-solving competence Communication and organisational skills Knowledge of project management

An indefinite employment contract with the BGHM in full time, the possibility for parttime is basically given and is examined if appropriate applications are available. Payment by pay group 11 BG-AT for full assignment plus a full 13.
