Tasks with perspectives You are a key partner*in and communication interface for the products and services around apps, individualization and content management for banks, (federation) partners and the distribution of Atruvia. You carry out needs and potential analyses for market customers. You acquire new customers, accompany the complete supply and implementation process and thus directly increase the usage rate of our products. With the experts, you will create needs-oriented concepts for training, information events, as well as for internal and external workshops. You work with marketing and communication management, accompany the product launch and are a professional partner for the pilot banks.

Personality with profile You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable degree, as well as several years of relevant professional experience or comparable qualifications. You have well-founded experience in relationship-oriented customer communication, have fun marketing our product portfolio and think entrepreneurial. You have profound knowledge in the fields of action: communication, discussion management, conflict management, product understanding, customer acquisition and persuasiveness. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You have pronounced analytical skills, a quick understanding and the mindset for the application of agile methods in a modern working world.
