Support for decentralised environmental teams in optimizing our environmental management system according to ISO 14001 Implementation of internal combined audits and monitoring of external environmental audits according to ISO 14001 Provision and analysis of environmental data for identifying priority topics and deriving measures Implementation of improvement measures and control of effectiveness Participation in building certifications, e.g. according to DGNB or BREEAM standard Investigation of the material properties of construction products Support for all project participants in environmental and sustainability issues

Successfully completed studies in the field of environmental management, environmental engineering, civil engineering or another qualified field of engineering Great interest in energy-efficient, sustainable and systematized building concepts First experience in planning commercial properties desirable Ideally training as DGNB consultant, BREEAM AP or internal environmental auditor (m/w/d) according to ISO 14001 Structured approach, communication strength and persuasiveness
