What you deserve Fixed + uncovered commission – there is no limit up. After incorporation (about 6 months) our salesmen earn between 4,500 and 7,500 € gross per month – depending on your own performance. Top performers regularly come to over 7,000 €. And that without a leadership position, just over your own sales. What you sell Distart is one of the fastest growing training providers in Germany. We continue to educate employees in online marketing, AI and digitalization – supported further trainings that change careers. You don't have to give up anything. How your day looks You get warm leads through our marketing – no cold acquisition, no telephone book phone call. You lead the first telephone contact, qualify the interested parties and accompany them through the entire consultation process. You support them with questions about funding opportunities and cost-beneficiaries. Follow-ups by phone and mail belong to it, as well as clean care in the CRM. Your way to Distart Month 1–3: Intensive incorporation, product & sales training, first own leads. Month 4–6: You work independently, build up your pipeline and get first strong results. From month 7: full gas – you are fully incorporated and merited at the level you provide. Open up.

Who we are looking You're persuasive on the phone, you learn quickly and you have Bock on sales. Whether you're coming from the sales or being a cross-starter, you don't care. What counts is your motivation and that you want to deliver results.
