The site offers the possibility of mobile work up to 3 days a week. Your tasks: Digital distribution: video consulting, e-mails, chats and co-browsing are not foreign terms for you, but living everyday life. You support customers in the use of digital access routes. Customer orientation: You live the cooperative advice idea, your assigned members and customers are digitally advised to all relevant products and services. Strategy: You win new customers and members through active speech. AfterSale Processes: You keep consultations to help optimize consulting quality and strengthen customer loyalty.
