Advanced Study of Business Administration, Business Psychology, Economics or Social Sciences – ideally with a focus on personnel or a comparable degree course First practical experience in the HR range of advantage Passion for HR topics as well as interest in the analysis and further development of personal processes Safe handling of MS Office products Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level)
