Advice, connection and maintenance of our innovative Mobile Device Management (MDM) for our internal and external customers Configuration in the backend of the Enterprise Mobility Management solution for popular mobile operating systems (under iOS, Android) Coordination of requirements with the IT department of our customers and with technical areas of the Komm.ONE 1st and 2nd Level Support Technical project management and coordination with the MDM manufacturer 3rd level support as well as IT system administration of the application and communication server (desired)

Studies in the field of computer science, IT vocational training with several years of professional experience or acquired additional qualifications Good knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS and Android) and productivity solutions (e.g. Office, VPN tunnel) Experience with the administration of middleware systems, ideally of MDM systems General network and database knowledge as well as experiences with scripting You are happy to work in the team, also across locations, and are characterized by flexibility, sense of responsibility and design and communication strength A high level of motivation, service orientation and a very independent and structured way of working High motivation to specialize and develop as an application manager in the field of MDM German language skills at least. C1 and good English skills
