One operates a portfolio and target group approach. One has draftsmanships from its partners and can thus draw insurance policies on behalf of the insurer and for foreign account, take damage and carry out policy administration. We are looking for our locations in Hamburg and Mülheim an der Ruhr at the closest possible time Junior Underwriter Technische Versicherung (m/w/d) Contact person for insurance brokers and insurers (Support for) Quotation and placement of new business and implementation of contractual changes in existing business within the scope of valid authorisations and drawing requirements and consideration of necessary voting Co-responsibility for managing the renewal process for the stock business Support in ensuring the necessary risk information and testing and evaluation of such documents Application of the Process Manual and the Staff Guide Co-responsibility for the development of the portfolio and its economic viability and sufficient profitability (portfolio management) Ensuring quality standards for the field Aim to standardise and homogenise labour-part processes Participation in project work

Higher education or a completed commercial training in insurance First professional experience and good specialist knowledge within the division Persuasiveness, argumentation and counselling for interlocutors as well as self-confident and safe occurrence High affinity for process design and IT-based processes Communication skills and service orientation Teamability, Reliability and Responsibility Own initiative and commitment Good English knowledge in word and writing Good MS Office knowledge
