Engineer for High Frequency Measurement Technology and Metrology (m/f/d)

• Measurement and validation of network analyzers and accessories • Developing new frequency ranges in the HF laboratory up to 500 GHz in the submillimeter range • Independently responsible production of measurement uncertainty analyses based on HF laboratory measurements • Acquisition of subprojects in the standard development process in close cooperation with product development • Conception of automated methods for calculating measurement uncertainty in the interdisciplinary team • Development of new metrologic measurement methods in cooperation with national metrology institutes such as PTB and METAS

Complete study of physics, electrical engineering with focus on high-frequency technology, communication technology or a comparable field of expertise Professional experience in high-frequency measuring technology, desirable Experience in programming, ideally with python, as well as security in debugging and troubleshooting Very good German knowledge of at least C2 level and good English knowledge of word and writing Structured and quality-oriented working methods and joy in developing innovative solutions and close coordination within interdisciplinary development teams
