Production

Organisation of a sub-area within the production layer Leadership and development of the associated employees Operational personnel planning in coordination with shift management Performance of quality controls according to the specified standards Instruction, instruction and control of employees to perform tasks Monitoring the correct implementation of the planned change of production Documentation of key figures for controlling the production layer including cooperation in deriving measures in the event of deviations Monitoring compliance and implementation of maintenance and cleaning plans
