We are looking for you for the Youth Office of the Landeshauptstadt Stuttgart. The place shall be occupied at 01.07.2025 and indefinitely.

The day facility for children Sankt-Pöltener-Straße 29 at the long-term location of Burgherrenstraße 40 is a two-group facility. In total, up to 40 children aged 3-6 are supervised and accompanied in their development and education processes. The Kita is located very idyllic and natural on the edge of the forest in the Feuerbach valley. The spacious, walk-in building is freshly renovated. The large outdoor area is used together with the neighboring Cita.

A job that enthuses you

• You have specialist and service supervision and are responsible for the management and personnel development of up to nine employees
• You take responsibility for the conceptual further development within the framework of the Einstein concept of the orientation plan Baden-Württemberg
• They contribute to active participation in the pedagogical group daily
• You design the educational offer for the age range 3–6
• You are responsible for the cooperation with families and other institutions and institutions in the district
• the active design of change and development processes is also one of your tasks

There is a corresponding exemption for management tasks.

Your profile that suits us

• a study in the field of social work or Social education with state recognition, childhood education with state recognition, education with social pedagogical focus or
• Professionals according to § 7 para. 6 No. 1(b) KiTaG with appropriate evidence; or
• educator with state recognition
• Experience in management and personnel management is desirable
• (basic) knowledge of organization and administration issues as well as safe handling of MS Office programs and the Kita database
• Knowledge and experience in social pedagogical work with children as part of the support concept
