Senior Projekt Manager:in Digital (m/w/d) Stellen-ID: 244196

As Senior Project Manager, you play a central role in digital (m/w/d) in all program phases and take care of cross-departmental projects to improve digital to assisted performance and lead generation - from initiation to completion. You develop and improve digital inbound and lead journeys for all B2B customer segments. You are instrumental in linking digital touchpoints to our Assisted Channels - e.g. with Telesales or the field service - and thus improve the conversion rate and customer experience along the entire customer journey. With your ideas, you automate and improve our lead journeys, and thanks to your creative approaches, customers change: smoothly between digital and assisted channels. You work closely with teams from online sales, sales, marketing, IT and external partners to find innovative solutions for digital customer acquisition and integration. You operate active stakeholder management, involve all relevant areas, such as C-Level Stakeholder, and act as an interface to the Vodafone Group in the UK. You analyze project progress and KPIs, derive the necessary measures and ensure that all participants are involved.

What distinguishes you: Successfully completed (specialised) university studies or a comparable qualification. At least 6 years of professional experience in project management in a digital environment. Or in the field of customer experience, online sales or marketing. Telecommunications experience is good, but not necessary. Deep experience in managing strategic programs and projects. Knowledge in the development and improvement of customer journeys as well as cooperation with different stakeholders from sales, marketing and IT. Outstanding skills in business development and finding innovative and creative solutions. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or other software for controlling lead and customer management processes (of advantage). Experience in change management and address-oriented communication, especially in exchange with top management and international teams. Very good knowledge of English (C1 to GER).

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
