Team Leader Operational Metering Point Operation (m/f/d)

Countermanagement You coordinate and monitor the technical meter operation for electricity and gas meters – from the system-side order generation, the installation and removal of the measuring instruments via calibration checks and turnus changes to remote sensing. You are responsible for the operation of our counter storage including the material and counter ordering as well as the reliable provision of measurement technology to installers. In addition, you secure blocking on the network and accompany the introduction of new IT systems. Smart meter rollout You participate in the strategy and implementation of the smart meter rollout, ensure compliance with legal requirements and agree on technical and IT requirements. In addition, you coordinate the measurement location operation calculation. Taxability according to § 14a EnWG You implement the technical requirements for taxability according to § 14a EnWG and tax the rollout of the corresponding facilities. Foreign service providers You plan and tax tenders for foreign service providers from an economic point of view. Business Administration & Reporting You analyze technical key figures for economic governance and support quarterly and annual accounts as well as planning and forecasting. Quality management You check and optimize workflows and ensure the quality of internal and external services. Staff management You run a team of six direct employees as well as three masterpieces with a total of 19 masters / technicians.

You have completed your university degree (Diplom or Master) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering. You bring several years of experience in counters and measuring stations as well as in electrical engineering and measuring technology. You have a strong business understanding and sound knowledge in project management. You are well familiar with the applicable laws, regulations and standards. You convince with leadership skills, meet clear decisions and take responsibility. You think analytically and strategically and keep an overview even in complex situations. You work team-oriented, communicate clearly and value-estimatingly and actively contribute to constructive cooperation. Good knowledge of English complete your profile.
