Training as Patent Paralegals (m/f/d)

You support the processing of patent applications and cooperate with German, European and international patent, trademark and design applications. You monitor relevant deadlines and ensure timely fee management, including the appointment of fee payments. You correspond with offices and authorities such as the DPMA and EPA as well as with national and international law firms. You organize the office, take on appointment management, maintain files and perform general administrative tasks.

Attention: The vocational school for this training is located in Bremen.

You have a (special) abitur. You have very good knowledge of German and English. You are sure to deal with the current MS Office programs and have an affinity or willingness to learn an IP management program. You work structured and organized. You bring the ability to cross-disciplinary teamwork and communication. You have a good understanding of legal relationships, a quick understanding and a very good expressiveness. You are interested in industrial property rights such as patents, brands and designs.
