Senior Project Manager Process Standardization & Operational Excellence - Bochum (m/f/d)

You design the working methods and processes of our German-wide construction project management and technical purchasing. You analyse existing processes, develop practical target processes together with the departments and transfer them to binding, scalable standards. In doing so, you take responsibility for demanding standardization and optimization projects, from structured analysis to technical design to coordinated implementation in the operational units. You design and improve end-to-end processes in technical procurement, in particular in the areas of procurement, procurement, contract management, supplier management and capacity management You lead strategic and operational optimization projects to further develop the construction and execution organization with the aim of increasing efficiency, raising productivity potential and establishing scalable standards You act as an internal:r consultant:in and Sparringspartner:into the management team of construction project management as well as for operational units and translate technical requirements into implementable processes, standards and measures You drive forward the further development and digitization of processes by identifying optimization potentials, transferring them into specialist concepts and supporting the implementation of modern IT solutions You ensure the effective implementation of new standards and processes in the organization, including through workshops, training, communication and monitoring of the operational units on site You prepare relevant key figures and identify economic and technical potentials based on market trends

You have successfully completed university studies with economic, technical or engineering orientation, for example in economics, industrial engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable degree course You have several years of professional experience in process or management consulting, strategic purchasing or a comparable function You bring very good German knowledge and a readiness to travel about 20% with Ideally, you have already controlled challenging process optimization, standardization or transformation projects independently You have profound experience in the analysis, design and implementation of end-to-end processes You are used to structure complex organizational, technical and commercial issues and to translate them into concrete, feasible solutions You bring experience in stakeholder management and move safely in cooperation with operational departments, executives and central interface functions
