We accompany international talents at their start in Germany - with commitment, structure and heart. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated integration manager*in (w/m/d) who supports our international trainees on their arrival in Germany and thus actively contributes to successful integration. You enter individual trainees from third countries as part of the project and support them in all integration tasks (advice contacts, housing, everyday life). You conduct regular 1:1 talks with the assigned trainees. You accompany the trainees in the preparatory phase (preboarding) before You enter Germany. You are a contact person for personal, social and intercultural challenges. You organize and accompany group activities (e.g. Welcome Weeks, leisure activities). You support the degradation of linguistic barriers (e.g. learning aids, tandem programs).

Complete bachelor's or university degree in a relevant area (e.g. social work, pedagogy, migration) Experience in working with young adults and in migration work and vocational training High level of intercultural competence Impressed problem-solving competence Strategic and structured approach Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other languages (e.g. Vietnamese) of advantage
