As a Process Manager, you are actively involved in the design, execution, evaluation, measurement and control of the Group's sales processes in terms of order-to-cash (O2C) and across the entire value chain. You will analyse and encrypt the current heterogeneous O2C situation in our national distribution companies and create a harmonised proposal for a more efficient standardization of tasks to shorten the market launch time, reduce costs and increase the productivity of the overall process In this role, you also act as a Product Owner and therefore define program priorities, manage the Product Backlog and ensure that implementation activities are carried out according to agreed planning, budget, specifications and quality standards. You run and manage proactive cross-functional teams in an international environment in the development and implementation of business process requirements The Management Project Status Updates, Feedback and Appropriate Reporting on Important Responsibilities and Goals

Qualification: You have successfully completed a university degree in economics, business, computer science or a comparable degree course Know-how: You already have professional experience in a business process-oriented function and in project management, knowledge in supply chain and financial processes are advantageous Methods: Ideally, you have worked with process and project management tools (e.g. Confluence, ARIS) and know methods for process improvement (e.g. Six Sigma) Tools: You have knowledge of the operational sales processes as well as the SAP S/4HANA modules (especially SD), CRM processes and Salesforce knowledge are beneficial Languages: Thanks to your knowledge of German and English and your open and trusted personality, you can communicate safely at all levels
