Strategic and operational personnel work: You control the personnel processes and develop them further. In doing so, you take responsibility for the areas of human resources management, recruiting, BEM and occupational health management. Advice and committee work: You support executives in the field of work/personal affairs and are in close cooperation with our senior executives. Leadership and cooperation: You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the staff team and promote an open and value-adding team culture. Labour law and contracting: You ensure that labour legislation is complied with. Ideally, you also support other legal issues and contracts, such as lease agreements. Coordination and implementation: You contribute to special administrative projects and organi­cation development measures, e.g. Great Place-to-Work surveys.

You have a degree in law, human resources management or business management or a comparable qualification. You have profound knowledge of labour law, ideally in an ecclesiastical context. You were able to gain experience in collective bargaining, preferably with the AVR-Diakonie Germany. Leadership experience is advantageous, but not absolutely necessary. You bring a high level of social competence and empathy. You are discreet and have a strong sense of responsibility. A valuable, open and tolerant leadership culture is important to you. You have the ability to motivate, integrate and develop employees. General knowledge is desirable but not absolutely necessary.
