Diversity Manager - ''Women in Tech'' IPAI Foundation (m/w/d) - befristet

As a non-profit society, the IPAI Foundation complements the economic activities of IPAI with a social focus and pays for a common goal: promoting human-centred AI in society, research and business. As a professional “Women in Tech” you develop new projects, formats and offers that address women in technical environments. To do this, you work closely with existing networks and multipliers, bring together needs of the target group with existing offers and analyze ongoing gaps between the two.

Analysis and preparation of existing activities related to “Women in Tech”, in particular “Women in AI” Analysis of needs and conditions of women in technical professions, in particular. In the AI environment Curation of existing offers for demand-oriented bundles Analysis of existing gaps in these offers and development of own project ideas to fill them Close exchange with partners within and outside the IPAI for systematic bundling, joint further development and the use of synergy effects and cooperation potentials Control of various service providers in the context of these tasks, incl. Project management Development of communication activities (in cooperation with our communication team)

You have at least. a master's degree or the like or have an equivalent training. You bring professional experience in project management, networking, social media communication and/or content creation. You think networked: between different target groups, actors, needs and requirements you can easily communicate. You can communicate in a situation-related manner both loosely and professionally, reduce complex relationships to the essential content and connect with other strands. Ideally, you already have experience in women-specific work. You are highly conceptual and responsive: From a variety of ideas, you identify the most promising and understandable in exchange with our team why you'd do something and what you need. You are happy to work in the team: Within your area, you use existing free spaces and agree to the interfaces to other areas both within the IPAI Foundation and to external partners transparently. In personal contact you are reliable and solution-oriented. You have fun in a new way: you like to learn and want to shape a young, community-oriented organization.
