As a psychologist:in ias AG, you will lead and advise your customers on psychological concerns, opportunities for individual psychological health promotion in the professional context and best possible prevention, making an important contribution in the context of health promotion You support the risk assessment of mental stress in all phases of the project from planning to evaluation and secure a legally compliant process You carry out traffic-psychological investigations in compliance with relevant laws, directives and accompanying regulations You undertake tasks of aptitude diagnosis and assessment both in the context of individual orders and in close cooperation with transport medicine You take on emergency psychological and psychosocial counselling as well as the conception and realization of seminars You receive your customers in our rooms and/or experience them locally For you a customer-oriented and contractual provision of the services is of course You will work with an interdisciplinary team of experts, including occupational physicians:inside, safety engineers:inside and BGM consultants:inside
