Your challenge

• Operation, inspection, maintenance and maintenance of domestic equipment in the area of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary facilities
• Disorder-related repair and implementation of small repairs
• Conducting and maintaining fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports
• Technical documentation of systems
• Coordination of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work

This is how you

• Completed vocational training as plant mechanics sanitation, heating, air conditioning (SHK / HKLS ) (m/w/d), gas and water heater (m/w/d), plumber (m/w/d), ventilation engineer (m/w/d), furnace and air heater (m/w/d), central heating and ventilation (m/w/d) or comparable training
• Multiannual experience in building operation desirable
• Ready to use
• Class B driving license
