Maintenance of different types of buildings and property management for offices, workshops, social facilities and operating facilities of the wastewater and sludge treatment plant with numerous and technically different equipment Planning and organisation of maintenance of diverse and complex technical building facilities such as heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary, fire protection, lighting, building control, industrial cleaning, elevators, gates, fences, closing systems etc. Preparation and implementation of awards for building and property management, monitoring and acceptance of services of foreign companies Management of building and property documentation and their updating after maintenance Participation in the establishment of the economic plan and settlement of foreign services Representation of property management

completed university studies (Bachelor) Department of Building Technology, Facility Management or a comparable technical discipline focusing on building technology many years of professional experience in maintenance projects in the field of building technology in various structures and building structures Experience in handling heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitation Driving licence Class B and health suitability for running service vehicles good negotiation and communication skills and conflictability high readiness and time awareness Knowledge and experience with SAP, operational management systems and specialist applications of building management as well as common MS Office programs Knowledge of guidelines in the field of building management, occupational safety, environmental legislation in connection with critical infrastructure Knowledge of VOB/ VgV and SAP desirable
