Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Gerlingen In this position, you take care of a comprehensive and international liability insurance program with numerous country bonds, always taking into account local market requirements and legal requirements. Your focus is on the global control of the program and the care of complex liability damage. Your tasks include the support of the international liability program over the entire life cycle - from conception to implementation to ongoing control and optimization. You are responsible for coordinating and managing internal and external stakeholders, including international insurers, brokers, risk managers and internal departments. Furthermore, you address and analyze international damage, especially complex major damage, in close cooperation with damage regulators and lawyers. Monitoring the regulatory and contractual requirements in the various markets, including compliance and legal audit, is part of your daily work. The integration of new countries and business units into the existing liability programme Considering local market requirements and legal requirements is also one of your tasks. You take over the optimization and digitization of the processes (e.g. distribution of insurance contributions under tax and supervisory law) within the liability program, including the use of modern technologies and network solutions Last but not least, you are responsible for hosting workshops and interviews with internal and external partners at international level.
