Controller (m/f/d)

We, Phi-Stone AG, produce high purity zinc oxide with unique morphology at our production site in Flintbek – a material with increasing relevance for pharmaceutical and cosmetic applications. In view of the increasing international demand, we are consistently scaling our production structures towards large industrial production. For our location in Flintbek we are looking for a dedicated one at the next time Controller (d/m/w) in full time (37,5 hours/week), unlimited which provides the basis for decision-making for corporate governance through strategic analyses and precise reporting.

Financial planning & analysis: Development and maintenance of budget, forecast and liquidity plans in close coordination with management and departments. Monitoring and analysis of economic indicators (KPIs), identification of deviations, development of recommendations for action and preparation of basis of decision. Reporting & Controlling: Own creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and IFRS including liquidity planning. Provision of data for business planning, reporting and financial statements. Cost and performance calculation: execution of calculations, nominal actual comparisons and cost analyses. Monitoring of cost structures, identification of optimization potentials and implementation of cover contribution analyses. Process optimization: participation in the implementation and optimization of financial and controlling processes. Further development of controlling tools (e.g. Excel, DATEV) and automation of reporting processes.

You have completed commercial training with a further training e.g. to the account holder (d/m/w) or an economic study with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting. You bring at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling. You have good expertise in operational financial management and regulatory requirements (e.g. HGB, IFRS). You are characterized by analytical thinking, mathematics understanding and problem solving. Structured and independent work and entrepreneurial thinking complete your profile. You are safe in dealing with MS Office and DATEV and have fluent German knowledge in word and writing.
