For the central educational establishment of the Bavarian Sparkassenorganisation, the Sparkassenakademie Bayern in Landshut, we are looking for one or one or one for our Business & Information Technology (S47) in full time at the next possible time Consultant (m/w/d) Business Administration & Information Technology (S 2026-12/B7) Technical and economic responsibility for a portfolio of educational products from the fields of Business & Information Technology (courses, seminars, webinars), including the distance course S-Colleg in the course of studies Sparkassenbetriebswirt/-in Further development and new conception of educational products for the Bavarian savings banks taking into account current market and customer requirements Acquisition, control and evaluation of secondary and external lecturers and trainers for the supervised educational products Technical support for students and takeover of coordination, preparation and acceptance of exams Perception of own teaching activities in the context of the educational opportunities of the area Advising the Bavarian savings banks in matters of personnel development and the establishment and maintenance of contacts to savings banks, joint partners, association and the University of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe in education and training issues Takeover of area-specific special tasks, special topics and special individual questions on behalf of the leadership You are a business economist or you have completed economic studies with a special focus on banking and finance You bring multi-year, well-founded professional experience in banking and finance and/or education and ideally experience as a lecturer with Your expertise allows you to cover relevant topics in our field (such as business management, banking and finance, regulatory, marketing/distribution management, IT/KI) as part of educational product support You are characterised by a structured and targeted approach and can quickly work into new topics, prepare them conceptually and communicate them. You have the pleasure of teaching knowledge and as a lecturer you like to You work with colleagues and the leadership of the area in a trusted and cooperative manner and contribute to efficient and reliable cooperation Safe handling of Microsoft Office and digital teaching media is a matter of course Ideally, you also have practical experience in using AI applications in the professional environment Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least language level C1) complete your profile Good reasons to speak for us: We offer you this...
