Our client, a successful wholesale and logistics company based in Kassel, is looking for an experienced commercial director (m/w/d) with Prokura, who develops the financial and controlling structures, drives digitization and acts as a business management business partner. The position in the growing company with currently over 80 employees is to be regarded as a succession of age.

On the one hand, we are addressing entrepreneurially thinking accounting accountants, tax experts or business owners (m/w/d) with multi-year professional experience in accounting and financial security, who want to develop gradually. This position is also suitable for accounting managers with secure accounting knowledge and controlling experience. Complete economic studies, or commercial training with a right to tax and accounting, ideally with additional training to the account holder, or comparable qualification Experience in a leading commercial function, ideally in the commercial environment Funded controlling skills and a pronounced numerical understanding Experience in leadership and development of teams Secure handling of ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel) Entrepreneurial thinking, hand-on mentality and communication strength High sense of responsibility and quality English knowledge
