As a group manager (m/w/d) in our ''Application Development'' department, you play a central role in the technical and operational management and further development of our software solutions. Its focus is on developing Oracle APEX low code and ERP development based on PHP. They lead a team of developers and product owners, with responsibility for the design, development and optimization of corporate applications with Oracle APEX. The support and ongoing optimization of our PHP-based ERP system also counts in your area of responsibility. They are responsible for all IT-Secruity aspects, in particular for safe software development and compliance requirements (GDPR, BSI, VS-NfD). In your role, coordinate and manage development projects using agile methods. Together with the specialist departments, you analyze requirements and implement technical solutions. Through code reviews, tests and the implementation of best practices, you ensure the software quality. In addition, you are driving innovation and digitization projects and implementing them successfully. In addition, you support the strategic development of our IT landscape and actively accompany change processes.

Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification First leadership experience or strong skills in team coordination Multiannual experience and knowledge of application development with Oracle APEX or PHP, SQL and Web Technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Experience with relational databases, especially Oracle Database Experience with API management and interfaces between different systems Advantageous knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices Analytical way of thinking, initiative and a structured way of working Communication strength in German and English as well as joy in cooperation with various stakeholders
