You take over the overall responsibility for corporate financing and ensure the long-term financing capability of the company. You develop financing strategies and are responsible for all financial issues relating to liquidity management, capital structure and financing. You control funding management and identify suitable funding opportunities for investment and future projects. You accompany tax issues in close cooperation with internal and external contacts. You continuously develop working capital management and optimize the company's capital bond. You assume the technical responsibility for operating commercial and adjacent areas and advance their further development. You actively shape the organisational change, professionalize processes and data structures and drive digitalization in your area of responsibility consistently. You accompany the introduction of a new ERP system and ensure efficient, sustainable financial processes. You lead, develop and promote your employees and build powerful teams with a modern leadership culture. You work closely with the management and other business areas and act as a competent savings partner in all financial matters.

Successfully completed studies of business management, economics or a comparable subject with a focus on finance, accounting or controlling. Founded professional and leadership experience in a comparable position in corporate finance, treasury, financing or similar financial environment. Funded knowledge of corporate financing and a strong understanding of financial relationships. Experience in managing change processes as well as in optimizing and digitizing financial processes. Experiences in the energy or infrastructure environment are advantageous. Analytical thinking, entrepreneurship and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Communication strength, sovereign appearance and the ability to combine different interests and to successfully shape changes.
