Fleet Management Employees (m/f/d)

You carry out administrative and organizational tasks in fleet management and support our 2-person team in day-to-day business - e.g. coordination of appointments, key matching, auditing and registration of payment inputs You treat our car users friendly and professionally and deal with all issues related to fleet management and damage management You accompany the entire processing process of service cars – from order to billing You organize the transfer and return of the vehicle, manage all relevant vehicle documents and pflet the data digitally

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. as a merchant (m/w/d) for office management, or forwarding and logistics services, insurance specialist (m/w/d) or similar and ideally already a few years of professional experience You are open-minded and service-oriented and reliable — a good and trusting team collaboration is You as important as us You have a class B driver's license and you are ideally from the Groß-Gerau area, Frankfurt or Darmstadt area and have your own car – our headquarters in Mörfelden-Walldorf is unfortunately not ideally accessible by the ÖPNV You have sound MS Office user knowledge (Word, Outlook, Excel)
