• Preparation of gluten-free breads, rolls and pastries according to in-house recipes • Handling alternative raw materials such as rice, maize, millet or buckwheat flour • Monitoring the dough guiding and baking processes taking into account specific requirements • Ensuring hygiene and quality standards in gluten-free production As bakers (M/W/A) with focus on gluten-free products, you work in a specialized bakery that meets the highest standards of purity, quality and craftsmanship. In a motivated team, you implement innovative and nutrition-conscious concepts in tasty products. • Completed training as a baker (M/W/A) or comparable qualification • Ideal experience in handling gluten-free raw materials and products • High quality awareness and pronounced hygiene skills • Interest in alternative nutrition concepts
