Total responsibility for the commissioning of highly complex industrial plants from preparation to operation transfer including ramp-up Construction and management of the commissioning organization with clear roles, responsibilities and interfaces between engineering, construction, supplier and operation Development and control of holistic commissioning processes in the EPCM context along the entire commissioning chain (Mechanical Completion to Handover/Takeover) Integration and coordination of process, electrical, automation, control and MSR technology incl. Functional and system tests Transparent control and reporting of commissioning status including progress, risks, measures and performance tests

Complete studies in the field of engineering (e.g. electrical, process, energy, supply) or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in commissioning or project execution of complex industrial plants (EPC/EPCM environment) Strongly pronounced process and systemic thinking as well as understanding for holistic project relationships Ideally knowledge of industry-specific requirements (e.g. VGB, IEC, EN, ASME, Pressure Equipment, Machine Directive, GMP) Communication strength as well as safe occurrence to customers, partners and internal stakeholders High readiness to travel for construction sites in Germany, up to 5 days per week on site German knowledge and good English skills
