The Bernhard-Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine (BNITM) is an institute of the Leibniz Association. Completed academic studies in the field of human resources, law, economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in a comparable function Comprehensive expertise in labour, personnel representation, travel costs, tax and social security law as well as in the application of collective agreements (e.g. TVöD, TV-AVH) Knowledge of civil servants, data protection and contract law regarding research cooperation is advantageous High IT affinity and experience with modern HR systems for personnel management, accounting, reporting, time management Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications, ideally experience with the accounting system VEDA Horizon Payroll Very good oral and written knowledge in German and English
