You will independently address all legal matters arising in an international IT group, focusing on commercial matters You accompany legal projects, product developments and introductions as well as the implementation of legal requirements of a wide variety of types You are strategically advising all legal aspects associated with the use of AI and the AI governance You examine, design and negotiate contracts in German and English You identify legal processes that are suitable for automation with the help of Legal Tech and AI, and implement such solutions

You think generalistic and trade structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented You have entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to anchor economically viable legal solutions at all organizational levels You have outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities on Executive level and experience in the moderation of target conflicts You bring a high degree of self-initiative, readiness for responsibility and enforcement with You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing You have ideally experience in mentoring less experienced team members
