Our customer is an established and successful company with long-term market presence. For this organization we are exclusively looking for a Head of Department of Electrical Engineering (m/w/d) in Munich. In this position you report directly to the branch manager and to the management.

You have well-founded expertise and bring a strong entrepreneurial approach. As a manager, you motivate your team, promote the further development of the employees and ensure efficient implementation of the projects. Master / Technicians (m/w/d) or studies with a focus on building technology, facility management, electrical engineering, utility technology, etc. Management experience and practice in the management of construction projects in the field of electrical engineering / TGA Enforcement and cooperation and team capacity German language skills
