Group Leader - IT Purchasing (m/f/d)

Professional and disciplinary leadership of the IT-purchasing group Strategic development of IT purchasing (software, hardware, cloud services, IT services) Planning, control and implementation of complex procurement and procurement processes Negotiations with IT suppliers design and management of framework contracts and licensing and maintenance models Close cooperation with IT, departments, controlling and law Ensuring compliance, governance and regulatory requirements Market monitoring and derivation of purchasing strategies for cost and risk mitigation

Complete studies (e.g. business informatics, business management, economic engineering) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in IT purchasing, ideally in the regulated environment (e.g. insurance, financial services, public sector) Experience in the leadership of employees or project teams of advantage Knowledge of IT contract models, license structures and supplier management Impressed negotiating and communication strength Analytical, structured working and entrepreneurial thinking Secure appearance against internal stakeholders and external partners
