We are looking for curious, eager students who want to work in the wet chemical laboratory and who like to move between inorganic, organic and physical chemistry as well as material sciences. In your internship, you support our project team in developing an electroless chipper process for ultra-thin copper layers – a key component for the next generation of high-tech devices.
