Technical management and targeted guidance for 6 construction managers who are in use throughout Germany Ensuring the quality and monitoring of the proper execution of all construction measures within Germany with more than 50% travel activities (service cars, also for private use, is provided) Support in technical project implementation Responsibility for compliance with all safety regulations on construction sites Professional preparation and leadership of contract negotiations with entrepreneurs Examination and evaluation of calculations, offers and bills Central interface function to internal departments such as project management and purchasing to ensure efficient processes

Multiannual relevant professional experience in management – ideally in the building industry or in the field of PV outdoor installations Found experience in the construction management of large projects as well as in the management of construction managers and construction site teams Master's degree or completed further training as technicians in the field of electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and plant engineering or a comparable qualification Enforced management personality with clear decision-making, structured and communication-strong working, high self-responsibility and strong team orientation. German language skills (min.
