For our International Sales department, we are looking for a Head of International Sales (m/w/d) to lead our motivated sales team. The position is part of the LLOYD leadership and reports directly to the management.

You lead your employees: in a cooperative style, and promote the self-responsible work in your team You promote innovative ideas and motivate your team to continue developing The expansion of the international market position and continuous competition and market observation are your core tasks You develop and establish an international franchise and distribution concept You implement marketing and sales strategies and implement sales targets and sales plans The care and advice of international customers lies in your blood and the new customer acquisitions are a matter of course for you You continuously analyze sales figures and customer structures and thereby guide measures to optimize
