Service Dispatcher and Operations Coordinator (m/f/d)

You plan and coordinate service and assembly operations independently, economically and on time For the optimal classification of personnel, materials and resources You are a central contact person and interface for customers, internal departments and our technology teams You organize dates, deadlines and schedules and keep everything in mind in the operational day-to-day business You set up service orders in the ERP system and provide relevant master data You process customer queries and coordinate coordination before technical operations You are responsible for our central service mailbox You support the creation of assembly documents, service files, reporting, documentation and the Faktura preparation In short, you make sure that the planning will be successful. What you do with us You are the central switching point between customer, service management and our technical teams. Through your structured planning and communication, you ensure that deployments are carried out efficiently, economically and sustainably.

Completed commercial training (e.g. office management, industrial clerk/wife) or a comparable quality First professional experience (approximately 1-2 years) in disposition, deployment planning, tour planning or service coordination IT knowledge: Secure handling of ERP systems (in particular order system and master data maintenance) and MS Office (Outlook & Excel). Experience with service/discipline software, digital planning tools or SAP is a big plus. Working methods: Very good organizational and planning skills, structured and reliable working methods and the ability to prioritize tasks in parallel. Soft skills: communication strength in dealing with different response partners, customer and service orientation, as well as understanding of inter-sectoral processes
