Development Engineer Gas Measurement Technology (m/f/d)

You develop forward-looking technologies for the flow measurement of gases for applications in the energy infrastructure of tomorrow and in industrial process measurement technology You identify and adapt new scientific and technological approaches to design innovative solutions for future challenges of energy and process measurement technology You drive forward the further development of new technologies and translate them into practical, usable solutions with clear added value You make innovation tangible by showing their potential with prototypes in real plants You develop modern approaches to the energy measurement of gases including appropriate gas analysis You actively support the identification and safeguarding of innovation by patents In an interdisciplinary environment, you take responsibility for technology developments from the idea to the first product patterns and thus significantly shape the technological orientation

You have completed their studies in electrical engineering, physics or a comparable discipline; a promotion is advantageous You bring a broad interest in measuring technical questions in the field of gas flow measurement, ideally supplemented by first contact points with gas analysis for energy measurement You have a solid scientific basis and ideally have already gained initial experience in the industrial environment You have experience or a strong interest in the development of ultrasonic-based measurement solutions You are characterized by an analytical, structured way of working, a high self-initiative and a pleasure in technologically demanding questions.
